Washington Toxic-Free Cosmetics Act (TFCA), effective January 1, 2025, prohibits a person or entity from manufacturing, knowingly selling, offering for sale, distributing for sale, or distributing for use any cosmetic product that contains certain intentionally added toxic chemicals or chemical classes.
