Pharos includes the list of the new hazard classes European Commission published in the 2023 CLP amendment. The new hazard classes are below, and this list includes PBT/PMT.

  • ED HH in Category 1 and Category 2 (Endocrine disruption for human health)
  • ED ENV in Category 1 and Category 2 (Endocrine disruption for the environment)
  • PBT (persistent, bioaccumulative, toxic), vPvB (very persistent, very bioaccumulative)
  • PMT (persistent, mobile, toxic), vPvM (very persistent, very mobile)

*Please note that this list currently serves as a placeholder, and will be populated once new listings becomes available on ECHA. The transition period is expected to end by late 2026 for substances and 2028 for mixtures.
