Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation (CLP) - Classification and Labelling Inventory - CMRs
This database contains classification and labelling information on substances that are “notified” or “registered” under REACH in the European Union. Pharos includes the list of harmonized classifications relating to carcinogens, mutagens, and reproductive toxicants (Table 3.1 of Annex VI to the CLP Regulation).

This database is also the source of harmonized EU H-Statements, which are recorded in Pharos here.
The data in Table 3.2 of Annex VI to the CLP Regulation are DSD classifications and Seveso II Data. These are recorded in the EU - REACH Annex XVII CMRs list.
The database also contains information received directly from manufacturers and importers. Companies have provided this information in their C&L notifications or registration dossiers. ECHA maintains the Inventory, but does not review or verify the accuracy of the information. Some of this is included in Pharos as EU - Manufacturer REACH hazard submissions.
