This information is detailed in two separate lists (List I and II), based on the EU regulations for REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals; (EC) 1907/2006), BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation; (EU) 528/2012, and (EU) 2017/2100), PPPR (Plant Protection Products Regulation; (EC) 1107/2009, and (EU) 2018/605), and CR (Cosmetic Products Regulation; (EC) 1223/2009). The compilation of List I and List II are supported by National Competent Authorities* in Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Sweden.

A third, hazard based, list (List III) details substances that may have ED properties, and that have been proposed by an individual National Authority. As such, these inclusions are not necessarily supported by other Member states (see also disclaimer below), and it is acknowledged that these substances have not undergone an EU community assessment.

Endocrine Disruptor List I

Endocrine Disruptor List II
