National database measuring population level exposure to metals, metalloids, lead, personal care products, disinfectants, and other substances. Results can be categorized by geography, time and demographics.

Biomonitoring Database of State of Minnesota

Biomonitoring data on Mercury, Perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), Cotinine, Arsenic, Lead, and Cadmium in the state of Minnesota. Further data can be requested from the State.


CDC Fourth National Report on Human Exposure to Environmental Chemicals, Updated Tables, January 2019

CDC National Report

This Updated Tables, January 2019, presents nationally representative and cumulative biomonitoring data gathered from 1999-2000 through 2015-2016. It also includes all the data from each previous National Report on Human Exposure to Environmental Chemicals and each of the previous Updated Tables.


The chemicals in the CDC National Report are also tabulated in a Pharos compound group. This list overlaps significantly with the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) chemical list, which is tabulated in a separate Pharos compound group.
